"Food was great. It would be nice to be able to reserve a dinner reservation via phone from your room instead of having to walk all the way over and get turned away. Hotel and stores do not tell you that if you charge to the room you get a different exchange rate instead of the $20 pesos per US dollar that’s posted in the shops. Bed comfort was good. Overall room and amenities in the room were excellent. They think of everything! "

"I have stayed here about 6 times and absolutely love it. The Adults only VIP area is quiet, private and the rooms are nice. The staff definitely maintains the cleanliness, there is plenty of food options, staff is very nice, Marcelo and Cruz have remembered my family and I year after year and they go above and beyond. Entertainment is great, great beach access. I’m excited to be back next year after renovations! "
